O&M Support Assistant M/F
YOUR MISSIONS
- Management of the purchasing process with suppliers (budgets, creation of new suppliers, requesting quotes, comparative maps, issuing purchase orders)
- Invoicing management to customers
- Management of payment to suppliers
- Control of the O&M vehicle fleet list
- Management and control of tools, measuring equipment, and calibrations
- Supporting the HSE department with KPIs indicators, waste management and Environmental KPIs indicators
- Control and purchase of material/consumables.
- Supporting HHRR Department reporting working hours.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
- 1 year of experience in similar functions (preferred)
- Knowledge of computer programs such as IFS or similar
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Administrative Practices
