YOUR MISSIONS

Our Operation & Maintenance business line is looking for an O&M Operator to support us in the O&M daily task at Bolobedu Solar Farm. 

The O&M Operator is a frontline operational role responsible for executing basic maintenance, cleaning, handling and support activities on renewable energy sites. The role ensures proper functioning, cleanliness, and accessibility of installations while supporting technical teams.

• Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment and installations
• Operate cleaning systems, tools and machinery
• Support site activities including access maintenance and upkeep
• Assist technical teams during operations when required
• Operate vehicles and specific machines (e.g., cleaning systems, agricultural equipment)
• Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment
• Perform basic preventive maintenance (filters, oils, consumables)
• Manage spare parts related to operational equipment
• Support material handling and site logistics
• Assist in loading/unloading and site supply operations
• Maintain site organization and storage areas
• Ensure accessibility of roads and operational zones
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and equipment
• Perform vegetation management and land maintenance
• Operate module cleaning systems for PV installations
• Support environmental compliance activities
• Follow all health, safety and environmental procedures
• Report incidents, hazards and unsafe conditions
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and machinery
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Complete checklists, logs and activity reports
• Report operational issues and anomalies
• Track basic operational data (fuel, maintenance activities)
• Support documentation of interventions

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Technical or vocational training (CAP/BEP/High School or equivalent)
• Experience in industrial, agricultural or maintenance environments
• Ability to operate machinery and tools
• Driving license required
• Basic knowledge of maintenance and safety rules
