O&M Expert Technician - Timahoe (Kildare)
Our Operation & Maintenance department is looking for an O&M Expert Technician, at Timahoe/Kildare, who will have the following responsibilities: - Assist the O&M Area Coordinator in the coordination of a structure and adequate resources for the implementation and contract management of O&M of PV plants;
- Supervise the implementation of the maintenance plans and support the teams;
- Promote and Supervise the Implementation of the procedures and guidelines provided by the Company within his technical team;
- Comply, promote and supervise the correct implementation of good practices, legal, HSE requirements within his technical team;
- Perform regular on-site technical inspections within the technical team;
- Support the coordination, follow-up and report the services provided by O&M field team and subcontractors;
- Support the coordination between onsite teams and Remote Services (RO&ME);
- Participate, hands-on, on preventive maintenance or corrective activities for troubleshooting and diagnostic of failures, with O&M technicians;
REQUIREMENTS
+5 years of experience in area of renewable energy (Solar, Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other); Maintenance management processes and systems. High Voltage Switching, HV AP/SAP and Power Electronics. Knowledge of Technical Design. Microsoft Office. Local language fluency and English (preferred). Availability to travel within the country for limited periods and on short notice;
