He/she will be responsible for the product offer and its internal and external evolution. The role aims at providing the best product to the final users. Reporting to Retail Business Manager, the Product Manager must create and design new products, according to requirement specification. He/she also intervenes as a technical and after sales leader. His/Her missions includes product tests and prototypes development.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

Product development

•        Design and validate new solutions using specifications.

•        Build with the marketing and business teams the solutions fitting customers' needs and branding.

•        Ensure the technical and production feasibility and the product quality.

•        Define the delivery phase, their complexity and their development.

•        Create the product design, explore the different specifications.

•        Ensure the simplification of the product installation and usage

Production support

•        Be the technical referent to production sites.

•        Co-Manage the supplier relationship together with Supply-Chain team and be the technical support

Customer service

•        Elaborate and keep update the user and maintenance guides accordingly with the technical and safety standards for each market.

•        Develop the team's skills.

•        Collect the different reports.

•        Ensure the processes implemented

REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

•  Master's degree in engineering or business
• Strong skills in PV solar industry, product design and electricity.
• The Product Manager should have experience in B2C channel
•  Experience : 2 to 5 years.
•  Good English level is mandatory.
•  French or Portuguese is a plus.
