YOUR MISSIONS

Our Asset Management department is looking for an experienced Asset PMO Specialist that will have the role of driving governance and continuous improvement initiatives across the entire asset lifecycle, while identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative tools and solutions that enhance project and operational performance.

YOUR MISSIONS

Governance, Standards & Control

  • Implement and maintain governance frameworks for projects under construction and operation (stage gates, KPIs, reporting), ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as the central point within the AM&P structure to support key IPP routines such as Project Reviews, IPP Flash P&L, IPP Budget, and REX exercises.
  • Monitor portfolio KPIs during construction and operations, proactively identifying and escalating deviations and risks.
  • Facilitate seamless transitions between Development–Construction and Construction–Operations phases through Go for Construction (GFC) and Go for Operation (GFO) processes.
  • Track operational risks and integrate them into the enterprise risk management framework.
  • Consolidate O&M, Asset Management, and Warranty-related key information to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Contributes to the creation of a centralized IPP Information Hub, aggregating data across geographies to support prioritization of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Digital Hub and Data & AI teams to leverage advanced analytics for lifecycle performance monitoring.

  • Maintain a multi-business line checklist to support the internal teams on defining contingencies and risks during the Investment Committees (IC).
  • Organize and facilitate dry-run IP simulations to validate assumptions and stress-test scenarios prior to the ICs.

Continuous Improvement

  • Capture and institutionalize lessons learned (REX) from both construction and operations IPP’s.
  • Support the adoption of new project management tools and digital solutions to improve lifecycle performance.
  • Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into internal processes.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of industry KPIs to challenge and enhance performance standards.
  • Drive the implementation of an industrialization strategy for IPP routines.
 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master is preferred).
  • At least 5 years of confirmed experience in energy projects.
  • Experience in project management, project governance and/ or asset management (PMP qualification is a plus).
  • Proven track record in Asset Management, Construction and/or operation of energy projects.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
