Talent Management Project Manager M/F

 


Under the responsibility of the Global Talent Management and Acquisition Manager, the Talent Management Project Manager, will be accountable for implementing group initiatives focused on talent management and development within our global organization. 

In accordance with the Group HR Roadmap and the business needs, the Talent Management Project Manager will:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of talent management and transversal projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define and implement projects and/or initiatives taking in account the objectives, deliverables, establishing clear roles and responsibilities;
  • Follow up and monitor the projects and initiatives implemented and propose REX and reviews if needed.

 

The projects and initiatives will be mainly in the following related to the following subjects:

1. Talent Management and Performance:

  • Participate on the implementation (or review if already existent): performance management systems and processes, career development process, skill based assessments;
  • Support on the identification of key competencies and skills required across different regions and functions, and create targeted development plans along with the Team.

2. Learning and Development:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate transversal learning programs and initiatives, including leadership development, technical training, mentoring;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and create customized learning solutions;

 

3. Management of Voltalia Academy:

  • Manage Voltalia Academy, our internal platform dedicated to developing training content and fostering knowledge sharing among employees globally;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to accurate and create engaging and high-quality learning materials for various programs offered through Voltalia Academy.
  • Drive the promotion and utilization of Voltalia Academy as a central hub for continuous learning, encouraging employees to actively participate in self-paced courses, webinars, and knowledge-sharing forums;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Voltalia Academy through metrics and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving content relevance and delivery methods based on user insights.

 

4. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Propose transversal initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through career development initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms;
  • Organize and deploy Engagement surveys in the group, analyze and share the information internally;
  • Be the HR content referent for the Group Intranet and work closely with Internal communication and Marketing teams;

 

5. Global Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with HR teams across different regions to ensure consistency and effectiveness of talent development programs;
  • Stay updated on global HR trends and best practices, incorporating them into the talent development initiatives.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Studies and Experiences:

  • Master’s degree (bac+5) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field;
  • Proven experience (at least 8 years) in project management, talent management, or a related HR function, preferably in a global or multinational organization.

 

Knowledge requirements:

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive results in a dynamic environment;
  • Knowledge of talent management principles, performance management processes and leadership development;
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences;
  • Knowledge on HRIS, competencies and learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
