O&M Technician - Cork (Ireland)

Our Operation & Maintenance department is looking for an O&M Technician, at Cork, who will have the following responsibilities:

• Drawings and wiring diagrams interpretation;
• Attend and support to emergencies on the PV plants of his area, or any other geographies where Voltalia is managing PV plants;
• Participate in integrated commissioning and start-up activities in any other geographies where Voltalia is managing PV Plants.
• Compliance with KPI’s contractually defined with customers and correspondent interfacing;
• Analysis and solution of technical issues that occur in a photovoltaic installation;
• Compliance with all company procedures and guidelines;
• Conducting maintenance services of electrical components;
• Failures diagnostic and troubleshooting;
• Maintenance reporting;
• Follow-up reports of the operation and maintenance activities;
• Compliance the preventive maintenance plan for all equipment;
• Operation and resolution of all existing faults;

REQUIREMENTS

• High School - Electricity Professional Studies (preferred)
• 3 years of experience in similar functions
• Knowledge of maintenance management processes and systems
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage and Power Electronics
• Knowledge of Technical Design
• Knowledge of photovoltaic solar energy (Wind, Hydroelectric energy or other, is also important)
• Microsoft Office domain
• English Proficiecy (mandatory)
