YOUR MISSIONS

Renvolt continues to expand its presence in Senegal, and we are seeking for a skilled O&M Operator located near our site (Kolda) to be part of our Operation & Maintenance (O&M) team, ensuring strong local support, fast response times, and efficient on-site operations.

Reporting to the O&M Site Manager, the O&M Operator has the following responsibilities:

• Ensure the maintenance service for green spaces in solar photovoltaic plants;
• Handling of agricultural machines (for ex. tractor, implements) and gardening machines / equipment (for ex. brush cutters);
• Operation of photovoltaic module cleaning machines (e.g., cleaning robots) and cleaning machines/ equipment (e.g., pressing machines, brushes for manual cleaning);
• Transversal services to the O&M activity;
• Ensure the maintenance and availability of equipment and tools associated with its activity;
• Ensure the maintenance and accessibility of common spaces and accesses;
• Ensure the function’s performance according to the established Hygiene, Health and Safety rules.
• Be able to do physical site work (must be able to obtain medical fitness certificate (as per local and country requirements). 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Knowledge of deforestation of large areas;
• Knowledge and experience in handling agricultural and gardening machines;
• Possibility to support other activities in terms of Operation and Maintenance of photovoltaic solar plants;
• Possibility of being displaced in the country;
• Computer skills from the user's perspective;
• Must have a valid Senegal Driving license.
