Application des procédures HSE
Mettre en œuvre la politique et les process HSES du Groupe ;
Coordonner avec son responsable le déploiement et l’animation de la politique HSES du Groupe ;
Elaborer et coordonner la mise en œuvre de la signalétique des sites et des plans d’organisation ;
Réaliser des rapports HSE conformément aux exigences définies ;
Rédiger la documentation HSES, notamment plan de management, PDP, PPSPS, RAMS ;
Référencer les sous-traitants dans les outils de l’entreprise, accompagner les sous-traitants dans leurs obligations HSES (formation/information).
Mise en œuvre et suivi des actions de prévention des risques
Communiquer auprès des collaborateurs et sous-traitants les bonnes pratiques de prévention HSE ;
Sensibiliser, présenter et mettre à jour des plans de santé, de sécurité et d’environnement ;
Partager et proposer dans une démarche d'amélioration continue, des thématiques HSE. Animer des retours d’expérience et réaliser des visites croisées ;
Planifier et organiser des tests de situations d’urgence.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Project Development &amp; Feasibility
Support Development and Procurement teams in assessing technical feasibility of complex projects.
Participate in site visits, equipment and resource planning, and procurement processes.
Project Execution &amp; Contract Management
Oversee EPC and Owner’s Engineer contracts, validate milestone payments, and ensure scope execution aligns with investment committee assumptions.
Manage risks, budget tracking, and contract modifications or claims with support from the Contract Manager.
Coordinate cash flow forecasts for both SPV and operational entities.
Construction Monitoring &amp; Compliance
Ensure works comply with technical specs, contractual obligations, and ESHSSE standards.
Review contractor deliverables, progress reports, and propose corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain project timelines and resolve delays.
Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Reporting
Lead cross-functional project teams (PMO, engineering, HSE, contract management).
Interface with lenders, consultants, and authorities for audits, site visits, and reporting.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including permits and documentation.
Commissioning &amp; Close-Out
Prepare for energization and commercial operation, ensuring all deliverables are in place.
Manage warranty period and produce a comprehensive close-out and lessons learned report.
Support logistics and customs processes for equipment delivery and VAT exemptions.
ESHSSE &amp; Quality Assurance
Monitor ESHSSE plan implementation, analyze deviations and near misses, and promote safety culture.
Review RAMS and method statements for critical operations.
Supervise quality control with internal/external quality managers and address non-conformities.
Team Management
Develop team skills through training and coaching.
Set individual and collective goals, manage workloads, and facilitate team communication.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
