Vos principales missions seront : 1. Conduite et maintenance corrective Conduire des opérations de diagnostic, d’entretien, de maintenance et d’amélioration de la centrale en particulier les opérations sur les systèmes électriques Surveiller le fonctionnement de la centrale : consulter quotidiennement le fonctionnement de la centrale via les outils de supervision (Teamviewer ou via connexion vpn), traiter les alertes émises par les outils de supervision, effectuer une ronde régulière sur site pour vérifier le bon fonctionnement des installations, traiter les ordres de travaux (actions correctives à effectuer) émis par la GMAO (FIIX) (gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur) Diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements de la centrale et proposer un plan d’action Proposer des actions d’amélioration afin de réduire la récurrence des pannes (audit 5S, analyse SDF, …) Effectuer des interventions de travail en nacelle ou en hauteur Effectuer les rondes et tests quotidiens / hebdomadaires des centrales Contrôler le bon fonctionnement de l’instrumentation et de l’automatisme de la centrale (en lien avec le spécialiste automatisme) : vérifier la cohérence entre les mesures, tester les pressions et températures ou valider les calibrations Mettre à jour et suivre le stock de pièces de rechange et de l’outillage via l’outil de GMAO FIIX : saisir dans le logiciel les consommations de pièces. De façon partielle, faire des inventaires de pièces Réaliser la mise à jour documentaire en renseignant le logiciel de gestion de maintenance – GMAO FIIX (toutes les modifications afférentes – plans, schémas, sauvegarde…) et les comptes rendus d’intervention Enregistrer les opérations d’entretien et de maintenance dans l’outil de GMAO FIIX : faire un reporting à chacune des interventions (photo, description du problème rencontré, amélioration proposée) Suivre les interventions de maintenance des sous-traitants : accueillir le sous-traitant, l’accompagner tout au long de leurs interventions pour s’assurer du respect des règles de sécurité et de la conformité du travail réalisé 2. Maintenance préventive Participer à l’élaboration et à l’amélioration du plan de maintenance préventive : remonter les retours d’expérience terrain au coordinateur O&M pour tenir à jour le logiciel de GMAO FIIX et améliorer le suivi des opérations Proposer des solutions à sa hiérarchie pour améliorer la sécurité et la production des centrales Faire remonter à sa hiérarchie les points de vigilance impactant la sécurité ou le bon fonctionnement des installations 3.
