Immersion opérationnelle :

Optimisation :

L’outil digitale pour gérer une partie des activités de maintenance doit mieux intégrer la gestion des stocks ; Votre mission sera d’effectuer cette intégration et de procéder en concertation avec l’équipe, à la mise en place des niveaux d’alerte, des prix des pièces, des processus de contrôle des niveaux de stock et de réalisation des inventaires. De l’approvisionnement, en passant par la consommation des pièces, jusqu’à la facturation client, votre rôle sera de mettre en place une gestion logistique efficace. 
Standardisation documentaire :
Vous aurez en mission secondaire, l’objectif de créer et de mettre en œuvre une méthode de contrôle de la complétude des DOE (Dossier d’Ouvrage Exécuté) pour une parfaite mise à jour des documents à disposition de l’équipe technique. Standardiser et proposer des procédures pour pérenniser les usages.

YOUR MISSION:
Under the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. The O&amp;M Manager is responsible for maintaining optimum operation by assigning workers, creating, and keeping work and production schedules to accomplish all the service agreements, established between Renvolt (Voltalia) and their clients.
Manage all human and required resources within a country where the PV plants are located;
Oversee the technical teams, their performance and efficiency;
Ensure that plants are working smoothly, quickly, efficiently, and safely;
Comply with KPI’s contractually defined with customers;
Analyze and find solutions to technical issues that occur in a photovoltaic installation;
Manage guarantees with suppliers;
Comply with all company procedures and guidelines;
·Interact with construction warranty manager for the reporting and support of warranty issues;
Work closely with other teams within the organization, including human resources, bid, sales, central operations, finance, legal and marketing, among other applicable;
Support sales manager during contract negotiation on deliberating, creating, analyzing, and negotiating commercial contract terms.
Be responsible and accountable for Profit and Losses.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

To run Planning &amp; Forecasting activities
Standardize, harmonize and improve financial-controlling processes, procedures and systems, with focus on digitalization and automation.
Build and coordinate the annual budget process at group level, in collaboration with BL Controlling Managers and local Finance teams.
Produce quarterly forecasts and maintain the Long Range Plan (LRP), providing forward-looking P&amp;L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow projections to CFO and shareholders.
P&amp;L and Cash Flow forward-looking analysis and process management (Budget, Forecasts and Business Plans).
To run Controlling &amp; Analysis activities
Ensure compliance with proper governance, controls, and process requirements.
Business risks monitor and mitigation, in a joint work with Internal Control.
Monitor headcount evolution and its efficiency (time allocation), calculating and following-up PRU (labour-rates), ensuring appropriate analytical accounting system.
Indirect Costs Allocation methodology, ensuring the proper treatment of company overheads (common cost) and BL overheads.
Monitor and control consolidated Working Capital (AR, AP, WIP, contract assets/liabilities, advances). Produce monthly WC dashboards with DSO/DPO tracking, variance analysis and collection follow-up by BL and country.
BL Central Services billing processes.
Coordinate cash collection initiatives with EPC and O&amp;M Controllers at contract level, consolidate results and report to CFO and Treasury. Forecast short-term and medium-term cash needs.
Monitor intercompany cash flows and ensure timely settlement of IC balances. Coordinate with Treasury on funding requirements and credit line utilization.
Produce consolidated cash flow forecasts (direct and indirect methods) and coordinate with Treasury on short-term and medium term funding needs.
Global review and validation of P&amp;L and Balance Sheet.
To run Reporting &amp; Business Partnering activities:
Standardize, harmonize and improve/develop business reporting processes, standards and tools.
Prepare and deliver monthly/quarterly consolidated reports: group P&amp;L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, KPI dashboards for CFO, CEO and shareholders.
Deliver internal reporting for Group Controlling and Consolidation team.
Support Accounting regarding auditors and tax inquiries.
Support Business Management in all controlling topics and financial understanding of its activity.
Support top management with ad-hoc analyses: cost optimization, benchmarking, what-if scenarios, business cases. Track operational efficiency metrics (revenue/FTE, cost ratios).

Perform and review technical documentation such as SCADA Functional Descriptions, architecture diagrams, network layouts, I/O lists and signal definitions.

Perform and review design and evaluation of SCADA architectures at plant and central level.

Operational Support &amp; Continuous Improvement
Provide supervised local and remote technical support to assets under operation.
Perform, review and maintain user manuals, O&amp;M documentation and technical reports.
Contribute to internal tools, templates, standards and lessons learned.
Study and propose improvements for system quality, reliability and robustness, ensuring the application of such improvements within systems.
