Manage IFRS 16 lease accounting using the group system, ensuring regular updates and compliance.
Support statutory reporting and local compliance, including preparation of audit deliverables and liaison with external auditors.
Multi-Country Tax Compliance &amp; IFRS Technical
Coordinate multi-country tax compliance for entities without dedicated local Finance teams: VAT, Corporate Tax (CIT/IRC/CT), WHT, and local taxes. Ensure tax returns are filed accurately and on time across all jurisdictions, in collaboration with local tax advisors and external consultants.
Manage the Transfer Pricing documentation for intercompany transactions, in coordination with the Group Tax Manager. Assist with tax-related accounting activities: deferred taxes, tax provisions, tax proof at entity level.
Maintain and update Country Tax Memos for each jurisdiction in the perimeter. Support initial tax assessments for new country entries or project setups.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company accounting policies; identify control gaps and support remediation.
Outsourced Countries Supervision &amp; Process Improvement
Monitor and validate data submissions from outsourced accounting providers in non-hub countries (Albania, South Africa, Senegal, new countries to comes), ensuring compliance with group reporting standards and deadlines. Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced providers, providing accounting guidance and IFRS/group policy clarification. Coordinate with the P2P team (Portugal) to ensure AP data quality and reconciliation accuracy across all entities.
Participate in and drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy and scalability across entities. Contribute to the implementation of new accounting standards, policies or systems, including ERP (IFS) upgrades or transitions. YOUR MISSION:
Under the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. 3. Data Governance and Global Reporting:
•                     Consolidate data from multiple countries and regions according to corporate criteria.
•                     Validate and clean data (data quality check) prior to integration into corporate dashboards.
•                     Prepare global performance reports: LTIFR, TRIR, monthly reporting, trend analysis, deviations, root causes.
•                     Provide technical support in Power BI / advanced Excel to build visualizations or ad hoc analyses.

4. Global management of incidents, observations, and actions:
•            Review incidents reported globally to ensure correct classifications, severities, and attachments.
•            Internationally track the closure of corrective/preventive actions.
•            Prepare global reports on lessons learned, regional comparisons, and operational priorities.

5. Support for corporate and ISO audits:
•            Prepare technical evidence for the SGS for audits (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).

Technical Review &amp; Construction Support
Conduct first‑pass and intermediate reviews of civil and structural deliverables from EPC Contractors, Owner’s Engineering and external consultants.
Validate independently standard civil design elements (typical foundations, simple drainage layouts, earthworks).
Review EPC submittals and prepare structured technical comments to support construction team.
Participate in alignment meetings with EPC, OE, suppliers and advisors to clarify design assumptions and resolve technical deviations.
Support construction-phase activities by analysing site conditions, identifying civil/structural issues and proposing engineering‑aligned solutions.
Assist construction team in evaluating change requests, construction methodologies and civil-related technical risks.
Procurement, Supplier Interaction &amp; Stakeholder Support
Prepare civil inputs for RFQs, tender packages and technical exhibits (scope descriptions, BOQs, assumptions).
Support technical evaluations of supplier and EPC proposals related to civil works, drainage systems and foundation solutions.
Provide clarifications to Procurement, EPC and suppliers regarding civil requirements included in PPA, MFR and contractual documents.
Contribute to the assessment of suppliers and to the development of approved vendor lists for civil and structural components.
 
Field Support, Cross‑Functional Collaboration &amp; Internal Development
Conduct site visits to validate design assumptions, evaluate terrain, drainage patterns and constructability constraints.
Prepare technical field reports summarising observations, risks and recommended actions.
Support Development, Procurement, Construction, O&amp;M and Asset Management on civil-related topics across the project lifecycle.
Contribute to technical due diligence for acquisitions or financing processes.
Support the improvement of COE templates, engineering standards and design tools.
Provide guidance to Associates and Analysts, supporting knowledge-sharing within the COE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
