YOUR MISSION:
Under the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. Their mission is to ensure that reporting, analysis, documentation, and compliance control processes operate consistently and efficiently across all regions and operational areas.
The role has a strong focus on technology, analysis, and global standardization, acting as a liaison between the corporate HSE team, regional units, and digital systems (incident platforms, legal matrices, dashboards, action logs, audits, etc.).
Is responsible for the administration and control of the HSES document management system and its associated tools, consolidating data from various geographies and providing operational and administrative support to the HSES department.
1. Technical Administration of Corporate HSE Platforms:

•            Ensure the technical integrity of the system: data migration, catalog maintenance, field validation, workflows, and classification matrices.

2. Global standardization of the HSE Management System:
•            Maintain global templates, digital forms, workflows, and associated procedures.

•            Participate in the development of new functionalities or the digitization of HSES processes.

3. Data Governance and Global Reporting:
•                     Consolidate data from multiple countries and regions according to corporate criteria.
•                     Validate and clean data (data quality check) prior to integration into corporate dashboards.
•                     Prepare global performance reports: LTIFR, TRIR, monthly reporting, trend analysis, deviations, root causes.
•                     Provide technical support in Power BI / advanced Excel to build visualizations or ad hoc analyses.

4. Global management of incidents, observations, and actions:
•            Review incidents reported globally to ensure correct classifications, severities, and attachments.
•            Internationally track the closure of corrective/preventive actions.
•            Prepare global reports on lessons learned, regional comparisons, and operational priorities.

5. Support for corporate and ISO audits:

Immersion opérationnelle :

L’outil digitale pour gérer une partie des activités de maintenance doit mieux intégrer la gestion des stocks ; Votre mission sera d’effectuer cette intégration et de procéder en concertation avec l’équipe, à la mise en place des niveaux d’alerte, des prix des pièces, des processus de contrôle des niveaux de stock et de réalisation des inventaires. De l’approvisionnement, en passant par la consommation des pièces, jusqu’à la facturation client, votre rôle sera de mettre en place une gestion logistique efficace. 
Standardisation documentaire :
Vous aurez en mission secondaire, l’objectif de créer et de mettre en œuvre une méthode de contrôle de la complétude des DOE (Dossier d’Ouvrage Exécuté) pour une parfaite mise à jour des documents à disposition de l’équipe technique. Standardiser et proposer des procédures pour pérenniser les usages.

Draft contracts and amendments, bring continuous improvement to the contract templates;

Identify and optimize the contract's commercial leverage;
Prepare the contract summary to be presented to management
Supplier Contracts:
Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts;
Improve and optimize existing subcontract templates and general purchasing terms;
Support Procurement and Construction negotiating orders;
Project Execution Follow-up:
Analyse and measure the risk versus the opportunities;
Manage and supervise changes, variations and claims in both EPC and O&amp;M Contracts and subcontracts;
Manage the project’s contract documentation and communications;
Tools and Methods, in coordination with the PMO Department:
Set up and monitor contractual management processes for ongoing projects;
Set up and track the project performance indicators;
Inform the team on main contract risks;
Raise contract and commercial awareness;
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, Voltalia’ s Code of Conduct and other internal rules and procedures.

Project Development &amp; Feasibility
Support Development and Procurement teams in assessing technical feasibility of complex projects.
Participate in site visits, equipment and resource planning, and procurement processes.
Project Execution &amp; Contract Management
Oversee EPC and Owner’s Engineer contracts, validate milestone payments, and ensure scope execution aligns with investment committee assumptions.
Manage risks, budget tracking, and contract modifications or claims with support from the Contract Manager.
Coordinate cash flow forecasts for both SPV and operational entities.
Construction Monitoring &amp; Compliance
Ensure works comply with technical specs, contractual obligations, and ESHSSE standards.
Review contractor deliverables, progress reports, and propose corrective actions when needed.
Coordinate internal and external resources to maintain project timelines and resolve delays.
Stakeholder Coordination &amp; Reporting
Lead cross-functional project teams (PMO, engineering, HSE, contract management).
Interface with lenders, consultants, and authorities for audits, site visits, and reporting.
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including permits and documentation.
Commissioning &amp; Close-Out
Prepare for energization and commercial operation, ensuring all deliverables are in place.
Manage warranty period and produce a comprehensive close-out and lessons learned report.
Support logistics and customs processes for equipment delivery and VAT exemptions.
ESHSSE &amp; Quality Assurance
Monitor ESHSSE plan implementation, analyze deviations and near misses, and promote safety culture.
Review RAMS and method statements for critical operations.
Supervise quality control with internal/external quality managers and address non-conformities.
Team Management
Develop team skills through training and coaching.
Set individual and collective goals, manage workloads, and facilitate team communication.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
