Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance:
Adapt and implement Voltalia Group HR policies, procedures, and internal rules to fit local legal needs and cultural contexts;
Oversee the preparation of all regulatory and legal documents (employment contracts, social security contributions) and manage the relationship with external payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll;
Ensure strict compliance with local labour laws, employment regulations, and social legislation across all countries of responsibility;
Manage potential legal issues and disputes in collaboration with legal teams.
Employee Relations &amp; Engagement:
Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee queries, managing complex employee relations topics;
Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives, organizing activities that promote well-being and a positive company culture;
Conduct exit interviews and analyse turnover data to inform retention strategies. 
Global Projects &amp; Remuneration:
Participate in Group transversal HR projects, such as HRIS implementation or benefits harmonization;
Collaborate in salary reviews to ensure internal fairness and consistency in compensation and benefits across the region.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
